Privacy Policy & Text Message Terms

MEX Restoration is a division of The MEX Company Associated Inc. (“we”, “us”). This policy covers www.mexrestoration.com and the messages we exchange with you about a project.

What we collect

• Your assessment request: your name, email, phone, the property city and address if you give it, your description of the work, and the photos or plans you upload.
• Messages: emails and text messages you send us, and our replies, so we can keep the history of your project in one place.
• Visit statistics: pages viewed, how you reached the site (for example a search engine), device type, and an approximate town worked out from your connection. We do not use cookies or advertising trackers, and we do not store your IP address. A visitor is counted with a code that changes every day, so visits cannot be linked over time. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, we do not count the visit at all.

How we use it

Only to review your request, contact you about it, schedule visits, prepare quotes, and do the work — and, in summary form, to understand how people find us. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who handles it for us

We use a small number of service providers to run the site and our messages: Netlify (website hosting), Supabase (secure database and photo storage), Resend (email) and Twilio (text messages). They process the information only to provide those services to us. Your photos are stored privately and are visible only to our staff.

Text message terms

If you tick “It’s OK to text me” on the request form, or agree by phone, we may text you from MEX Restoration about your project: questions about the work, scheduling a visit, and following up on a quote. We do not send marketing texts. Message frequency varies with your project, usually a few messages. Message and data rates may apply.

• Reply STOP at any time to stop texts. Reply START to turn them back on.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@mexrestoration.com or (201) 290-9546.
• Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase or of getting an assessment.
• Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How long we keep it

Requests, photos and messages are kept while we may be working with you and for our business records afterwards; ask us and we will delete them unless we must keep them (for example for a job we completed). Visit statistics are deleted after about 13 months.
